Henderson Horse Camp

2008 Camp Dates June 23 - 27

Henderson Horse Camp is a fun-filled day camp for children ages 6-12, who are horse crazy just like us!  We provide a safe environment for children to discover the wold of horses and meet other future equestrians who are just as eager to learn about riding as they are. Each day children will learn about grooming, caring for, and riding horses, as well as participate in other fun, horse-related activies such as arts and crafts, games and story time.  On the last day of camp, children will be able to demonstrate what they've learned throughout the week for their parents and families,  This will be followed by an outdoor picnic and hayride. The camp is run by Luellen Henderson Wamsley who is a professional educator and has all clearances, as well as Cortney Williams, the Henderson Equestrian Complex Horse Trainer, who has earned a degree in Equine Management and Training from the University of Salem International. So come join the fun! Call soon for reservations!  Space is limited. Cost:  $200 (A $50 deposted is needed ASAP to hold your place.) Also, please bring a sack lunch.
